Rachel in the front provided bad service to me, I was standing in a queue and was the next one to be served however she only asked the customer behind me if he needs any help and then she started helping that guy and let me have a sit to wait for someone else to help me, isn’t it ridiculous? She didn’t even ask me if I was already helped by someone. Poor service!
We are closing our account with ANZ. Can't believe that after being told by an ANZ member on the phone he couldn't help, we went to the local branch the next day for help but got turned away because we didn't have an appointment and none was available until the next day. Dumbfounded. How have we come to this? ANZ wants customers to help themselves to services online and through call centres (no direct branch tel nos are available) but when these services fall short and customers go to the branch for help, ANZ won't help cust... read more
waited on telephone for over 40 minutes appalling service.............they charge you for everything..........wish i didn't have to deal with them
No one knows where anyone that is needed is... No one returns calls...an orphan branch...
