Having app login issues. App says to call any time, and then the automated voice says I’m calling outside of business hours. They also say to use the app to message, which I can’t log into.
Can't even transfer money out of your account anymore, have to call a number (and wait another 30 minutes on hold) ridiculous
I had such a great experience at this branch! Special big thank you to Anna Moir the Branch Manager, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with assisting with a personal loan. Anna was so patient, helpful and overall an incredible person. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. It was such a refreshing experience, Anna is truly an asset to the company!
I had a very good experience at this branch yesterday. Previous experiences had not been. However, yesterday I walked in about 3 pm, and was met by the smiling face of Nicholas Kaminski. He not only assisted me with a dauntingly large direct bank transfer, but patiently helped me to 'understand' the whole process. He also explained different aspects of my accounts, helping me to grasp them properly.
