Went into Anz Caloundra branch today to open a new bank account as moving to Australia. Expected a pretty bland experience as have had it the past with some banks . Wow was I surprised. Walked in the door to be greeted by Anna , the hardworking manager directing from the front and greeting everyone. A very efficient lady and very welcoming. Having app login issues. App says to call any time, and then the automated voice says I’m calling outside of business hours. They also say to use the app to message, which I can’t log into.
Can't even transfer money out of your account anymore, have to call a number (and wait another 30 minutes on hold) ridiculous
I had such a great experience at this branch! Special big thank you to Anna Moir the Branch Manager, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with assisting with a personal loan. Anna was so patient, helpful and overall an incredible person. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. It was such a refreshing experience, Anna is truly an asset to the company!
