We had our Childers branch closed much to my disgust and most times now I have to drive half an hour to Bundaberg and then have to drive all the way through Bundaberg Through all the traffic lights and then mostly crawl along that bottleneck mall to the other end just to go to the branch and pray there is a parking space anywhere For goodness sake put something out at Stockland And then the first time to be told you have to have an appointment, not happy Jan. Understaffed but the staff do the best they are able to.
Useless, what a waste of time talking to the staff at this branch. Time wasters trying to find ways to get out of doing their job!
I moved to Bundaberg 5 years ago. From the beginning, lovely staff in ANZ Bundaberg supported me in so many ways. They help with all my finances. Specially with financial matters related to properties. I never wanted to get help from financial brokers as ANZ Bundaberg gave me much competitive rates all the time. I need to appreciate few people by names. Blain, Ryan, Emma, Allan all had been wonderful. Today I met Sheridan who provided me 10 star service. I highly recommend ANZ Bundaberg team..
