Trying to make a payment on behalf of my elderly non-digital Mum so she can secure a place into aged care. All the arrangements had been made a few months ago at the Midland branch to enable this. The arrangements were confirmed by Mum personally at the Midland branch that day. I called in person at the Bunbury Branch to ensure a smooth payment.
