A big thank you to Sarah from ANZ Buderim who provided a gone by era of service. Being a mature aged customer, Sarah showed patience, had exceptional communication skills and advised of a temporary solution, she then followed up to arranged to correct the issue.
I have had another 5 star experience with the team at ANZ Buderim. This branch is a TEAM. They all support one another and make sure you leave with a smile. They are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you are well informed. I was there today helping my daughter, the outcome was fantastic, this was straight after very poor behaviour at a competitive bank.
