Was still classified as OPEN on Google - they didn’t even bother to update it… just a wee poster update on their glass window about their closure - not even an ATM for use there… thankfully there are two more banks around..
Went there the other day only to find it is CLOSED
Poor customer service.Bank was obviously empty when we walked in and we wanted to open a joint account and deposit. But was told to make an appointment. We made an appointment at 11:30am the next day but was 30 mins late to our appointment due to our 8-month old baby not feeling well. Staff told us to make another appointment. Bank was empty and we were told if we can come back at 1:30pm instead. Bank staff should be trained empathy.
Rude old lady who services people doesnt have interest in helping customers doesn't careless stressed my husband out so badly
Josie was great, patient and polite to deal with. Highly recommend! Great customer service.
