Last week , I went to Brandon park branch , the staff called William took the time to clearly explain the features and benefits of the ANZ Plus account, and his knowledge and professionalism made a great impression. He was patient, informative, and made the process easy to understand, which helped me feel confident in making the switch. It’s always a pleasure to receive attentive and helpful service, and William is a great example of that. Please pass on my thanks to him and the team.
Visited the ANZ Brandon Park branch and was served by a banker named William. Unfortunately, he was very unapproachable and seemed unwilling to help with even basic questions. His attitude came across as cold and disinterested, which made me feel like I was a burden rather than a customer. Very disappointing service
