Melissa completely changed my opinion of this bank. I had a pretty negative view of ANZ due to some regular unprofessional customer service experiences in the past at Epping branch . But Melissa at the Brendon Park branch turned that around with her outstanding service this afternoon. Employees like her are a real asset to any organization.
