Visited the ANZ Brandon Park branch and was served by a banker named William. Unfortunately, he was very unapproachable and seemed unwilling to help with even basic questions. His attitude came across as cold and disinterested, which made me feel like I was a burden rather than a customer. Very disappointing service

I had a very disappointing experience with a banker named William at the ANZ Brandon Park branch. He was extremely indifferent and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting or even listening properly. His attitude was cold and dismissive, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Not the kind of service you would expect from a major bank

Terrible service. I am a disability support worker. I went there with my client as she had lots of change she wanted to turn into dollars and take in paper money they handed me tons of those little clear bags and told me I had to count all the money myself and put into the plastic bags according to the monetary amount it shows on the bag, for eg, $5 worth of 10c, there is no counter or anything for me, so I had to pour all the money onto couch and count nearly $200 worth of coins and put in the little bags.
