1st visit: Wonderful services and clean premises. The front desk lady could help me and ordered a new card for me. It was fast and she speaks very softly and gently. Nice ANZ branch to go 2nd visit : terrible all the staffs been telling you different things. Ladies are very incompetent. My card was supposed to be there by the week and I keep on going back there because the lady told me it would be there this week. Still no card and can’t get it at home anymore so I have to keep on coming to the branch. Calling is a nightmare... read more

Went in today, served by Lawrence. Wow ! So quick and efficient . Happy and courteous... made the trip to the bank enjoyable for a change....he is a credit to ANZ
Nadia was very rude once she saw I had a foreign passport. I hope ANZ will endeavour to train their staff to better avoid discrimination on the basis of race
