Acts of misconduct and poor unprofessional behaviour where action should and will be taken. I was booked in to see management regarding a number of authorised transactions against my account. a) I was told I was in the wrong branch in an abusive manner. Great service! I didn’t have an appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes. I was lucky to meet a banker, Waleed, who was very helpful, professional, and efficient. I was also served by a lovely teller named Pulina, who was very friendly and professional. Thank you, ANZ, for the excellent customer service!
Shame you have waleed to greet new and existing customers. He does not really show any interest in customers needs. To think i was fed up with other banks and about to join ANZ team. Not the best guy to greet at the door. I HOPE hes not the manager🫢
