I was very impressed with the superb service I received at the ANZ Bank in Belconnen. There were four people in the teller's queue which I joined. Seconds later staff member, Harvey, approached me to ask what I needed today, took me into a cubicle and pointed out two different ways I could do the transaction. He then escorted me to a teller (Monique) and explained what I needed. Both staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
Had staff note my overseas travel dates on my Visa account, emphasising I would be paying various overseas bills from now till travel. Several hours later, tried to book a flight & Visa card details rejected! V.v.v.frustrating.
