The branch itself seems to be understaffed which can lead to long wait times. Their business hours are unintuitive and classist as they open at 9:30am which is after when most people start work and close at 4pm which is before most people get off work. It is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of full time workers.
We booked an appointment at ANZ Belconnen to explore home loan options and the experience was excellent. Fahad Qureshi was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through every detail of the process. He provided plenty of helpful information and resources so we could make informed decisions. Communication was excellent --quick, clear, and professional throughout.
Very poor customer service. Half-hour wait in a queue, no seating (I'm there with a walking stick!), one employee to deal with the queue, people leaving in frustration. When I received service - eventually - it was offhand and hurried and dismissive. MY debit card had been "de-commissioned" with no notice and no replacement card! So I had no remote access to cash. The excuse? "Oh, you should get a replacement card within a week." Absolutely pathetic.
I had such a wonderful experience working with Fahad, He always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, He and his team are so passionate, have been fantastic, made the process so simple! They are reliable, honest. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to borrow money for the property.
The staff are amazing and there is always excellent customer service.
