50 minutes waiting time on queue..
Had to go to Bathurst, ANZ branch, unexpectedly today. The service I got today was fantastic. No appointment yet Ahmed and Valdin, still dealt with my issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely no customer service skills...phone and app does not provide any help....quite nice when they want your business, but absolutely disgusting when customer service is required!
