Very pleasant experience at this branch. Olivia (?) was pleasant & helpful. Was able to speak with senior staff without an appointment. We were forced by phone service to visit a branch (1 1/2 hour drive) but Ahmed went all out to solve our dilemma & was altogether delightful to deal with
50 minutes waiting time on queue..
Had to go to Bathurst, ANZ branch, unexpectedly today. The service I got today was fantastic. No appointment yet Ahmed and Valdin, still dealt with my issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
