Shame on you, i came in for personal service only to be told you can do this on an APP. I told them i dont want to, i want them to do it as i do not feel comfortable. She persisted to push me towards the APP. After i insisted i am the customer and i want personal service she did what i wanted. You are there to give customer service and that means helping when the customer is not comfortable with technology.

I've been a client for 12 yrs - I'm 74 - and I'm beside myself dealing with the bank. The staff that remain are lovely people working under incredible duress - Yesterday I walked into Bateau Bay Branch NSW with a line up (all older people like me) I wanted to deposit $250,000 and sign up for a credit card and was "politely" told with 10 seniors around them, it would help them if I went away and make an appointment - So here I am the next day having on hold for 45 minutes trying to make an appointment with this horrible organ... read more
