This branch is the worst in terms of customer service. All staff were talking and joking loudly and don't care about professional image of the bank.
Tina is super helpful and friendly. Make the whole process super easy and efficient for me. Make sure you book with her before visiting.
I would give 0 star if I could. No bank teller at the balwyn branch? Staff are not helpful unable to assist with my needs.
