My parents couldn't operate the app, so they requested assistance. After 30 minutes, the branch manager addressed his staff to serve next one and told my parents to come back on the following Monday. A task that should have only taken a few minutes was still unfinished. I'll look for this kind of service at another branch in the future.
Staff is very helpful and efficient.. booked an appointment, got confused and reached one day prior.. they still did entertain me and helped resolve the issue inspite being busy in afternoon. Kudos 👏 Ali and Team..
This branch is the worst in terms of customer service. All staff were talking and joking loudly and don't care about professional image of the bank.
Tina is super helpful and friendly. Make the whole process super easy and efficient for me. Make sure you book with her before visiting.
