I have been hugely impressed and grateful for the service I've received from the ANZ Balwyn branch. I have been dealing predominantly with Ali, and he has been absolutely outstanding in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness, going above and beyond. It is a world away from the often 'transactional' experiences I've received over my banking lifetime. Credit to the manager and team for running such a great and friendly operation.
