I just deposit money in one of the ATM there but because there was issue in ATM my money got stuck in there I got some money back but the atm took some money inside then when the bank open I come ask them this is what happened to me that ask me to fill dispute paper which I did they told me we will count money end of the day and let u Konw the next day they call me that u didn’t use the ATM u are saying about there is no money cause i used the ATM twice there within 10 minutes they seen it camera and say u use this atm not t... read more
The staff at my local branch are awesome. The service amazing. If it wasn't for the local staff Im not sure I would stay with ANZ, along with many others in our peninsula. I am an ANZ customer due to the local staff who know us local customers Service excellent
Staff don’t even know how to do simple task have to call main office instead. Never deal with a teller named Leslie.
If I could give this bank a 0 I would. Staff who don't want to do their job. You will get better assistance calling the ANZ general enquiry line.
