Just had the best experience ever at a Bank in Australia. Was served by Ben to do some transfers. He was super friendly, helpful and efficient. I can not speak more highly about of his perfect customer service. The Curly headed younger guy at front counter was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Honestly ANZ I am not exaggerating or giving a review that is not well deserved, you need to make these guys your benchmark and you should reward them for representing your bank so well. Unfortunately Bec doesn't seem to like giving her customers acceptable service. The look on her face on greeting us & the way she spoke to me was so unbelievably rude. Time for a new job Bec, you don't seem to like this one at all.
We opened an account with Mattaya a couple of weeks ago, despite the fact the branch was short staffed and very busy she was very helpful and assisted us with all the questions that we raised and made the process pretty effortless particularly as I am a Pom, thank you
