Pankaj Upadhyay Was lovely to deal with and assisted us with our inquiries. However, ANZ really needs to improve its customer service. They lost our business on one of our investment loans because they dragged their feet and never got back to us. Extremely bad service from Pankaj Upadhyay at this branch. Arrogant and doesn't listen. Very frustrating and he raised his voice at me when he made a mistake. This person should not be in a customer service role if ANZ value their reputation and this is not the first time. I have closed my accounts and merchant facilities with ANZ. I was welcomed by Westpac Bank when i opened an account. ANZ never again!!! I hope this doesn't happen to you!!
I visted the anz Altona branch tonsort out some banking . Pan , the banker who assisted me , was incredibly helpful and knwoledgable . i am genuinely very plased woth the service i received .
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BRANCH AND STAFF WHAT A WASTE IF SHARE HOLDERS AND MORTGAGE HOLDERS MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.
