I visted the anz Altona branch tonsort out some banking . Pan , the banker who assisted me , was incredibly helpful and knwoledgable . i am genuinely very plased woth the service i received .
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BRANCH AND STAFF WHAT A WASTE IF SHARE HOLDERS AND MORTGAGE HOLDERS MONEY GO ELSEWHERE. I had an appointment in this Branch was 10 mins early had to wait, finally got served at the end of the appointment i wanted to discuss my home loan to switch to a better product and interest rate.
