Oh dear god, I honestly didn't think the reviews here were real. I was depositing a cheque for the first time via an atm. I was spoken to like the biggest idiot in the world. What in the world is happening with this branch?
If I could put minus 1000 stars I would. Completely incompetent people. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Every single person in this place is useless. THANK GOD I DON'T BANK WITH ANZ!!!
This branch is dysfunctional. Staff are untrained, rude, and completely unable to handle basic account closures. I provided valid ID and access to my account, yet was met with incompetence, disrespect, and unnecessary escalation. Being told 'you can’t talk like that' while I’m the one getting jerked around is laughable. Called security on a paying customer for being frustrated with their mistakes? Pathetic. Shut this circus down or retrain your staff.
Wait times are ridiculous, always under staffed.
