This is the WORST bank to trust with your money !! Especially if you are an Albury local community member ! The current branch manager is discriminatory and an inhumane heartless human who does not realise that she essentially is in CUSTOMER SERVICE and needs to focus on US the CUSTOMER in order for her to even have a job !! Staff unfriendly and only 1 teller available if that at all times. Always pushed towards an atm machine. Bad customer service
Extremely bad experience when dealing with this branch to sort a deceased estate account. Between the branch and bereavement services, we were given different advice on what needed doing but it was rarely right. Finally got the account set up to be able to dispurse funds, they recommended to keep the account open in case money comes in. Now I have received a demand letter to pay overdrawn fees on the account. Why are there fees on a deceased person's account ?????
In my opinion, the worst customer service of any bank I have been to. I attended the branch during the lunch time rush, 1 person was serving at the teller, 2 people greeting customers and another 2 at desks, talking between themselves. After about 15 mins of waiting, I logged in to app to lodge a complaint about the lack of tellers.
