My advice to people in Albury - Don't walk, Run from this branch and its staff. I’m writing this to share my mother's recent experience at this branch to spread awareness of the way she was treated -particularly by the branch manager, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. My mother visited the branch simply to withdraw her own money, something that should be a straightforward and respectful process. This is the WORST bank to trust with your money !! Especially if you are an Albury local community member ! The current branch manager is discriminatory and an inhumane heartless human who does not realise that she essentially is in CUSTOMER SERVICE and needs to focus on US the CUSTOMER in order for her to even have a job !!
