Refused to help me because they were short staffed. Extremely disappointed. Last time I requested the same help was completed in less than 5 minutes. No queue. Only one person waiting who had an appointment.
Went in without an appointment to open another account. I was immediately asked how I could be helped. Valerie was looking after me 5 minutes later. She was very helpful, friendly and informative. Couldn't have had a better experience
