We received excellent and rapid support from Dhwani and her Manager at the Acacia Ridge branch, with a slightly bespoke banking request. Dhwani was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. My one issue was the need to open a couple of new bank accounts which I will never use, to get to the end goal. That seems to be a thing in banking at the moment - are senior employees measured on volume of accounts opened? But the personal service was terrific, thanks Dhwani!
Tried to use their atm to deposit some money for it to try and short change me twice. First I tried to deposit $1000 for it to claim that it was $750 so I cancelled it, then I tried to deposit $500 for it to try and tell me it was only $450 so I cancelled it

Extremely rude staff. Horrible service. Very argumentative with customer even though came in for very basic service.
DO NOT go for ANZ plus! It’s so stressing and time consuming to sort queries in online chats because apparently ANZ branch can’t help you with ANZ plus. Yeah make sense to that. Stupid, irritating and dodgy services on ANZ plus.
