If Google allows me to do so, I will give a '0' star. Some months ago I waited in line to be served. The staff with a turban picked the man behind me to be served first because they knew each other. Then I had to wait a lot longer to be served. When the younger staff had a problem dealing with my queries, he was so rude to tell me to go to another branch without adequate explanation. I got scammed of almost a thousand dollars, and I was told to not hold on to any hope as I will never see that money back. The bank should atleast reimburse me 50% of what I lost, considering it was their fault in the first place. A multimillion dollar company refusing to even give $500.
Worst service provider ever encountered in my life. I had an appointment with them to transfer funds to another bank. They don’t know that the fund can be transferred through EFT. Went back to tell them that they can do so but they refused to help me because the coffee break is more important. What a joke and how they become the employee there? ANZ, you really need to open your eyes and select your people carefully.
The type of bank you use when you only need an ATM. No teller functions, limited ability to assist. Glad these accounts are just about done with and will move elsewhere. Would not recommend
