This branch has two Smart ATMs and one business deposit chute in the foyer. All three tied to the same deposit module. Of the twoATMs, usually one and sometimes both are out of service. As branch has no tellers to handle cash transactions, customers must travel several suburbs away to get or deposit cash.
1 of your ATM is broken for a week now. And on public holiday none is working. If you want to close all your counter isn’t common sense that you fix your atm as a PRIORITY ?
