Bad experience my money deposit was stuck in ANZ ATM machine from more than 72 hours. I visit the branch and talk with staff member they are saying its my online account just talk with them u will get ur money in next 1-2 days but I didn’t receive that. Just a quick question to ANZ Branch that if my account is ANZ Plus or i am using ATM machine of ANZ Branch who’s in the fault for machine failure????? very disappointed with anz service. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this bank, and I feel compelled to share it. After my transaction with the machine failed, I was advised to contact support, but unfortunately, the manager was nowhere to be found. When I eventually spoke with another staff member, she was unable to assist me and had to get the manager, Deep.
