Went in to deposit money on Monday the man who was assisting the customers was so rude, Got rid of most of the customers that was in the queue giving excuses. Sad the ANZ bank service has gone down to Zero.
Terrible customer service. The doorman had a terrible attitude. It looked like someone in the family had recently passed away. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. However, after reading previous reviews, I realized this wasn't a recent incident. It was definitely a long-term death in the family. While I felt bad for him, the customer was innocent and didn't deserve to be treated like a murderer. 🙏
Wish I'd known they've removed all their tellers and they force you to use the ATMs. This is not acceptable ANZ! stop removing essential services and making things less accessible. Edit: just adding they've now removed the ability to have multiple cards for an account. Claimed it was for security reasons but I was using one just for online purchases and for in person transactions. Now it's the same card for everything. So thanks for making it harder for me to control my own money
no one answers the phone. When they answer no one knows anything and gives you completely wrong information. really bad service.
