I attended this branch to update my father’s account details as he is in aged care and I have Enduring Power of Attorney. This is my local branch. I made an appointment. I arrived for the appointment. I was called up by a young lady. She had terrible body odour. I sat down and explained to her why I was there. She had no idea what to do. She spoke in a whisper. There’s no tellers here anymore. I wanted to take out a larger sum of cash than an ATM would allow and was told I’d need to go to Maddington. Not sure what the point of a branch without tellers is, it’s essentially a room of ATMs and a couple of lenders there to sell you stuff you can do online.

If Google allows me to do so, I will give a '0' star. Some months ago I waited in line to be served. The staff with a turban picked the man behind me to be served first because they knew each other. Then I had to wait a lot longer to be served. When the younger staff had a problem dealing with my queries, he was so rude to tell me to go to another branch without adequate explanation. Then I went to ANZ Carousel and was treated like a VIP. I told the staff there how unprofessional that man was at ANZ Livingston. Several weeks... read more

I got scammed of almost a thousand dollars, and I was told to not hold on to any hope as I will never see that money back. The bank should atleast reimburse me 50% of what I lost, considering it was their fault in the first place. A multimillion dollar company refusing to even give $500.
