Lady was not helpful at all. This was my first negative experience with ANZ . Instead a nice gentleman helped me quickly
Moved to Australia and needed to set up a bank account, was helped by Maddi in the Armidale branch, she couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, couldn’t rate her highly enough
The manager Mitch, has a great method for solving issues and customer services, thumbs up. Hence, the other people have a good attitude etc.
