Was told I had to hand in a form in person at the branch, why can't I just email the form like every other bank I deal with? Hours state they close at 1.30pm (why so early?) I arrive at 12.30, doors locked, people inside, wave me away. Try to go again today, Friday, middle of the day, only to see new hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only, closed rest of the time. Ridiculous for a Big 4 bank branch to have such restricted hours.
A disgrace full branch hardly ever open and website gives two different days and hours so when are you open IF EVER
