Absolutely disgraceful customer service, that you cannot find the Tamworth branch telephone numbers ? and keep referring to a 13 hundred number where you are kept waiting for 30 minutes. as I live out of town, every time I go to the bank branch for matters - I am advised that I need to call to make an appointment ? HOW ?
Last Thursday we were having the absolute worst day possible, and during that time we went into ANZ for an increase on a personal loan. The incredible service we received from Georgia was so sincere, friendly and warm, and her sincerity genuinely turned our day around. Thank you Georgia for being a bright spark on a really bad day, we will definitely remember you!
