I have been dealing with ANZ bank since last century some time. In Maryborough, a rural Victorian town, the strength of the bank is the local branch and the people who work there. Consistently the staff there are friendly, supportive, very knowledgeable. This week I have been reviewing the new ANZ Plus app for high interest accounts and Alisha Mullar booked a time to sit with me at the bank and install the necessary applications on my phone and guide me how to undertake some more advanced processes. I bring my elderly mother into the Maryborough branch often, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The reduced opening days make things harder for older customers, so it’s important the branch stays open and ideally returns to five days a week. It’s a vital service for our community.
The best branch in Australia and l hope for many years to come. If they close I'll change bank's .
