The management of this place is poor and the staff disobliging.
Worst service. The staff member was very rude. Even when we went to the branch, she didn’t even ask us to sit or explain properly. Very disappointing experience.
Extremely poor customer service continually perform poorly
Hard to tell what the service process is. Just people standing around so you hope to catch a bank employees eye!
