Absolutely despicable, ANZ is pure garbage, from the “ANZ Worldline” to the ANZ bank. Service is trash, waiting times are trash and if you’re a small business don’t even waste your time.
Poor form from this branch!! Staff & the Bank Manager were terrible! No empthany from my mother just passed very cold hearted staff, charged her insane interest on her cc due to their fault as found out it was EPOA ANZ procedures!!!! Than seized her bank accounts but still haven’t paid back the interest accumulated from their own mistake!! Shame on you !!
Pretty poor customer service, I have been to this branch on two seperate occasions and both visits have been disappointing. The staff are rude, they don't listen, not helpful and don't have time for you! I had been an ANZ customer for 20years. But no longer.
Fantastic service. Sandy is excellent and explains things really well.
