I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Soo at ANZ, She was warm, friendly, and highly professional. Soo took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making the entire process easy to understand. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made my experience very positive. She is a wonderful representative of ANZ and truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.
The management of this place is poor and the staff disobliging.
Worst service. The staff member was very rude. Even when we went to the branch, she didn’t even ask us to sit or explain properly. Very disappointing experience.
Extremely poor customer service continually perform poorly
Hard to tell what the service process is. Just people standing around so you hope to catch a bank employees eye!
