I wasn't the customer,I was sitting in my truck in front of Dollar Tree in Livingston, Saw the 2 guys approaching the customer, the lady stopped to put on a mask, it was just the way the 2 guys stopped and respected her right to do so. It just showed how the company values everyone's rights that caught my attention. 2 thumbs up guys. BTW I don't wear masks just thought it was very respectful of them to give her her space.

10+ I used my Allstate roadside as I was stuck in the mud, they were on time, professional, friendly & got me out in no time! I would highly recommend

I'm usually not one for writing bad reviews but I feel I have to warn the public about this place! They left us in a very unsafe situation stranded on the side of the road in the heat for 3 hours with 2 kids and no water (which they knew about)! It was supposed to be a 30.min job. When we finally called them to see where in the world they were, they hadn't even left yet! They blamed it on not getting an official go ahead from the middle man, but why didn't they communicate with us that they were waiting on that before leavin... read more

Do not use this company. They towed my car, damaged it, and refuse to give me their insurance information and pay for the damages. They know their driver caused the damages and for a business not to accept responsibility for damages they caused is bulshit. In another comment to a review they state they take claims seriously....what a freaking joke...........
