I understand they have a job to do but I also understand the law, city/public parking and the limits within apartment complex parking. Apparently they do not. They towed (stole) my car from a public parking space which they claimed was property of an apartment complex. It was not, this was confirmed by staff of the apartment complex. One of my vehicles was towed by this company, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. After discovering my vehicle had been taken, I went to the tow yard and waited an extended period before a representative was even available to assist me. When I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle, I discovered significant damage that was not present prior to the tow.
