I met Mr Alan to see a finger Pulley related injury. He was amazing, answered questions that no one I've ever seen could answer (climbing injuries are very specific) and took the time to thoroughly explain and show me different things. Top notch.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BREANNA FROM ANYTIME PHYSIO IN NEWSTEAD. SHE IS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY INFORMATIVE.
I had my first appointment with Kathryn Howard on Monday and I felt supported, understood and confident that my on going treatment will address all my issues.
Charged me for the appointment even though THEY Cancelled my appointment because the physio was sick. Disputed this and they demanded payment. Worst behavior I have ever encountered and definitely unprofessional. This was in November 2024. Will never return again even though I have been a customer for over 4 years.
