This “lady” knew I was flying in from Mexico for one night and needed something notarized near her office in Miami around 5 PM. She said sure, just text me when you get in. She quoted me $85 and offered to meet me in my hotel lobby, which was fine. Well, I texted her at 5 PM and she didn’t answer. So I called her and asked her if she was available and she said “No, not tonight”. Try finding a notary in North Miami Beach after 5 PM.
