I have been dealing with Mr. Ray Portela of Anything Commercial for over 15 years. We have closed many deals with Ray over these years. Ray is a top professional in his field. He has many years of experience and can close "hard to do" loans compared to other companies. Ray is very dedicated, honest, loyal and compassionate with his clients. These guys are scammers they act like they can clear you for a commerical loan then they will ask you to pay for underwriting and appraisal fees to get the deal started with it in writing saying that if they don’t fulfill the deal you will get refunded. However they will never give you your money so don’t get scammed.
