I have been working with Anya for a couple of months now. She was able to tailor a program for my specific needs. She was also able to recommend products that have made such a big difference in how I am feeling. I feel so amazing and can finally say I am on the right track to meet my health goals. My daughter and I have also used the infrared sauna a number of times. Studio is super clean and cozy. Felt so relaxed after. Would highly recommend.

Anya is focused, attentive, and very positive. She is an excellent pilates teacher constantly vigilant and giving help to her students. She understands how the muscles work and explains things well to get the most out of class. I highly recommend her.

I have been doing Anya’s Pilates class over zoom for a full month now and feel qualified to give a review. I love the class! I do the 7:30 am class every morning and it has given me a good structure to my days. I also have way more energy and less pain on the days I do Pilates. I love this Pilates class I am a bit older and not very coordinated so Anya’s patience is amazing! She always keeps the class fresh and fun! The infared Sauna is amazing!
