My bag is completely falling apart. Such poor quality. Customer service e-mailed me, poor spelling and all, "As the bottom is foil coted, this will eventually happy through ware and tare." This should not eventually happen for their price tag. My other designer bags have all held up as the quality is so much better. Their poor customer service matches the bag quality.
