Did not keep the appointment. Left us with no transportation. Called to set up transportation and spoke with the owner who bragged about how good his company was and that's why he was more expensive ($80.00 round trip for an in-town appointment). The day of the ride no one showed. Left my family high and dry. When I called he claimed he had no recollection of the call.
