Had an amazing experience at Any Stage Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine. I’d seen other physios for my arm injury with no real progress, but after meeting Shannon, she identified the issue straight away. Thanks to her treatment, my arm has fully recovered. I can’t thank Shannon enough and would highly recommend her.
I worked with Diow throughout my recovery from a full ACL and meniscus tear, covering everything from pre-op and post-op rehab, to returning to sport. He tailored the program to my goals, explained things clearly, and adjusted the plan when my progress plateaued — eventually identifying a scar tissue issue that made a big difference in getting back on track.
