I DID IT!! Conny helped me overcome many things I didn't even realise were holding me back and gave me fantastic tools to help me deal with my anxiety in general. Conny did an excellent job. Through the program, I was able to change many automatic behaviors. As a result, I now behave more calmly, with increased awareness, and negative feelings disappeared in various situations. I highly recommend working with her, as my quality of life has significantly improved.
