I was introduced to Tenelle and acupuncture through a wellness retreat. I learned a lot about it from a holistic and energetic treatment point of view as opposed to the common conception of just healing physical pain. She is awesome!
I can’t recommend this Dr. Tenelle enough! She is truly an amazing healer—deeply intuitive, grounded, and incredibly skilled. Every session feels thoughtful and supportive, and I always leave feeling more balanced, calm, and aligned. If you’re looking for someone who treats the whole person, she’s it.

There's acupuncture and then there is 5 Element acupuncture. They are not quite the same. 5 element broke my healing wide open - on every level. I have reduced the dosage of my BP medication, healed some digestive issues and have gotten menopause symptom relief. That's only the physical. Tenelle is amazing! Ive used her through my “Geriatric” pregnancy and I can say enough good things about her and her care. I’m 44 and this was my 4th pregnancy! I highly recommend her for prenatal care! I also look forward to using her for my postpartum healing and into the future to help me keep aligned. I travel from Naples to see her because she is worth it!
