I had a wonderful appointment with Karen this week. She has a beautiful relaxing space, and I got to meet the lovely Miss B (Karen’s delightful elderly pup). The massage was exactly what I needed, a combination of deep tissue on my problem area, and relaxation. We also had great conversation which alone I’d go back for. Thanks Karen for your warmth and amazing massage, I’ll be back!

Having never tried a facial before, I left feeling completely relieved, revived and so happy! Karen is such a warm, welcoming person - you feel completely disarmed when you walk through the door. During the treatment, the different sensations, aromas and feelings all around my upper body were so lovely and relaxing. I have never been massaged in such a way where I have felt intense tingles and tension release from my head, neck and shoulders. I’m writing this review 6 weeks after my treatment as I have zero shoulder tension still and my whole body feels entirely reset. I feel like a new person! Karen worked so hard to help relieve my shoulder tension and checked in with me to ensure it wasn’t too much pressure, she worked head to toe and the energy healing really set up my 2025 so positively. I’ll definitely be making a trip back just for another appointment. I cannot thank-you enough!
