If I could give a negative rating, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant experiences I’ve had. From the start, she was rude, dismissive, and displayed absolutely zero basic social or customer-service skills. She abruptly cut the call when I asked about her notary charges, and even after I arrived in person, my friend and I had to ask four times before she would answer a simple question about pricing.
