I wanted to update… as I went on a four day backpacking trip after receiving my hydration IV at Anupa. I wasn’t sure my body would make the hike as I crammed my training into a small window due to timing. I believe the IV was THE THING that pole-vaulted me successfully to the finish line! I felt like I had a surge of energy to complete the adventure and my muscles weren’t screaming at the end of my hiking days. Thank you Anupa for helping to get me out there, playing in nature!
Went in to get IV Hydration with my boyfriend and were very pleased with our experience. We were able to book an appointment within 2 days and had a great experience with Emily and the Doctor. The ambience was set perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great place to get your Wellbeing taken care of at.
Seeing Dr. Laura for acupuncture every week was a blessing. She took the time to listen to me thoroughly. Dealing with endometriosis and infertility is heartbreaking, but acupuncture was always a nice reprieve especially due to Laura's kindness and spark. I'm happy to say I'm now pregnant and believe God put Dr. Laura in my life at the right time. We are excited to move back East to raise our baby but I will surely miss community acupuncture in Salida.
I had a great experience. This was my first IV hydration. The atmosphere was calming and my nurse, Amber was wonderful. I will definitely make the IV hydration a regular self care treatment!
