Not a nice place They had a breach and had problems ever since
Very friendly until you have any kind of issues or technical problems then everything changes. Very snotty stating well you only have x amount in your account, it was a low amount (less than 20) and I did go negative a few times life happens. However fees were always paid and I believe it's very unprofessional to loudly announce a low balance when the balance wasn't even being discussed. Employees are also now regularly rude to my family members that also bank there. I have never had these kinds of issues at my other banking... read more
