Saw one of their drivers using the wrong lane on Île-aux-Tourtes bridge near Montréal. Trucks have to use the left lane to protect the weak structure of the bridge and this guy was clearly clueless/careless...
Not sure how good their services are but I just watched one of their drivers roll a semi backwards on a major highway twice at a set of lights. Lots of traffic, and the vehicle behind him was almost hit. I called their safety department and dispatch and there was no answer. Apparently they don’t take the hiring of their drivers seriously. It was both scary and embarrassing to watch as someone could have been seriously hurt.
