Purchased a couch made by Antrim in 2014 (sold via Harvey Norman), with a 10 year warranty. One of the supporting straps broke after 10.5 years - the first issue/ damage to occur. We were very grateful that Antrim Upholstery were able to repair the damage so quickly, and also reinforced the supports. We should get another 10 years out if it! Highly recommend this company 👌 Thanks guys!
