Wonderful place to visit while in the area. Board walk to the river is a very nice walk. Very nice visitor center to learn about the local habitat. We thoroughly enjoyed this nature area.
We love this place! We visit Michigan from Kentucky once every year and we have made it a tradition to visit GRNA for the past two years. The paths are well taken care of and if you want to spend some quiet time listening to the babbling creeks, it’s easy to do so with the abundant benches located throughout. The visitor center is clean, has bathrooms, and a water fountain. There is plenty of cool merchandise to buy as well. We have multiple shirts now! Definitely recommend going with friends and family.
