I am a caucasian female, I recently had a appointment for a massage at Philipe's Spa. When I arrived there was a group of africian american women who were obviously there before me waiting for service. One of the women was celebrating her 50th birthday. MILITARY SCHEDULING USED AS EXCUSE FOR EXCESSIVE CHARGES BY SURPRISE, NO advance notice of policies. Never again. This place has too much business so they don't need mine. I have had tremendous difficulty being able to schedule an appointment to my convenience. Also, their scheduling is positively military with a total lack of flexibility for real life situations. I have been going to Ziba for years. I initially found her because I heard of an award won for "best eyebrow waxing on the mainline". I won't go anywhere else! She does the best job and has always been friendly. I don't know anything about brazillian waxing, that might be a different story

I highly recommend the 60 minute massage! It is wonderful! The therapist listens to your suggestions as to what you need! The spa is very clean and well maintained! The staff is very friendly and professional. Try the spa and you'll love it! When family and friends are at a lost as to what gift to give me, they know that a gift card from Philipe's will score high on my list!
