Very disappointing experience with ANTLE MARKETING. We notified them after 3 hours of waiting, but they claimed they have 4 hours of free detention, which is very uncommon in this industry, and told us to notify them again after the fourth hour. Our driver ended up waiting 8 hours, and they still refused to pay any detention. Poor carrier support and unfair treatment. Carriers should be aware before booking loads with this broker.
