Had my reproducer rebuilt. It was done in a very timely fashion. Customer service was wonderful. Works like new. Job well done!!
I sent in my reproducer to have a part replaced and it came back not even a week later all fixed! My records sound absolutely beautiful now. If I need any more repairs to be done I will definitely be choosing to send them here again!
