Danelle Warner is truly in a league of her own when it comes to bodywork and functional therapy. Her depth of knowledge, combined with her intuitive approach, makes for an experience that goes far beyond a typical massage. She takes the time to assess movement patterns, address underlying issues, and apply a range of advanced techniques. If you're looking for someone who understands the body at a deep level and offers truly transformative care, Danelle is the absolute best. Highly, highly recommend!

Megan has a very gentle, but effective therapeutic touch. I love that she incorporates breathwork and active movement, critical techniques to maintain lasting gains. As a PT and pilates instructor, I highly value dynamic movements and breath work to gain and maintain flexibility and mobility in the body. A great adjunct to an active lifestyle!
