The scent is so strong my eyes were burning and watering, my face was burning, and it made me cough. Completely unshoppable and I'm not allergic to scents. No way is this not harming the health of the employees. YOU can literally smell the store outside with the doors closed, I did not get to shop which stinks because I love this store. The one in Columbus isn't this way.
I had a great experience here the other day with Christine. They did not have a shirt I was interested in my size at the store, but she found it online and shared a QR code with me so I could buy it. I thought on it and ended up passing, but I still look forward to my next time in the store :)
I love the Anthro brand. But this location is far worse than Kenwood. Its a third of the size and the employees actively avoid you.
I love this location and have had good experiences each time I have visited. I am greeted upon entry and the staff has helped when I needed assistance. The store is very tidy and I love the little fragrance section. One of the atomizers on a perfume I wanted to try was somehow broken and someone quickly replaced the tester for me. I plan on retuning today to hopefully purchase some items for my co-workers’ Christmas gifts.
I spoke with Adrian over the phone Thanksgiving weekend (a weekend that is already crazy busy and stressful for employees). It was the sweetest, most helpful, and efficient customer service I have ever received! She went above and beyond to help me get a dress ordered to (hopefully) arrive on time for my bridal shower. Cannot thank her enough for all the help and empathy during our call! Seriously the best!
