I love the Anthro brand. But this location is far worse than Kenwood. Its a third of the size and the employees actively avoid you.
I love this location and have had good experiences each time I have visited. I am greeted upon entry and the staff has helped when I needed assistance. The store is very tidy and I love the little fragrance section. One of the atomizers on a perfume I wanted to try was somehow broken and someone quickly replaced the tester for me. I plan on retuning today to hopefully purchase some items for my co-workers’ Christmas gifts.
I spoke with Adrian over the phone Thanksgiving weekend (a weekend that is already crazy busy and stressful for employees). It was the sweetest, most helpful, and efficient customer service I have ever received! She went above and beyond to help me get a dress ordered to (hopefully) arrive on time for my bridal shower. Cannot thank her enough for all the help and empathy during our call! Seriously the best!
I walked into this Anthropologie location a few weeks ago. I was debating if I should say something or not. I initially was happy to shop in the store, as I usually shop at the Kenwood mall location. WARNING: Employee Aleasha judges based on appearance. First I noticed we were some of the only people who weren’t greeted upon entry. Went in with my wife and when she approached the worker for help, whose name we learned was Alesha, she was basically dismissed. We were dressed very casually as we like to be comfortable when shopping the mall.
