Twice I’ve been in this store and twice I asked for a different size while in dressing room and neither time did I ever get it. Waited and waited. It’s not a big store. There’s just zero effort to help people. And why does it close at 6:00????

They allow returns in store for online orders which is great. I'm loving their selection of barrel jeans and the sales associates are always very helpful.

First, I want to say how excited we all are to finally have Anthropologie here in Santa Rosa—it created quite a buzz not having to drive down to Marin anymore. That said, while the store itself is cute, I have to admit I felt underwhelmed by how it’s been merchandised, particularly the window displays. Anthropologie has always stood out for its cheerful, vibrant, and inspiring aesthetic. This is by far my favorite Anthropologie location. All the employees have been great and very kind. They are very attentive and the energy in the store is amazing!
