I neverrrrrrrr write negative reviews but wow. The customer service here was awful. No greeting, sales associates just walking past without smiling or acknowledging despite me being one of three customers in the store on a Tuesday (November 1st). Then I asked a sales associate (she looked completely bothered by me even asking her a question) if they had a specific cashmere sweater and I showed her from my phone and she said: no we don't have it. I’ve been meaning to rate this location for quite some time- it’s the best I’ve ever been to. Service from the reps and Management is great, the store is clean and organized and they usually have things in stock that other locations don’t. Very sad to just learn that they’re closing in a few weeks!! 😔
There was a little pricey but there was a beautiful store with unique clothing
Great clothing always something fresh and exciting! My go to when I’m looking for that special piece that I can find anywhere else. They are size inclusive so no worries there. Let’s talk about the home their candles are works of art. The fragrances are beautiful soft and delicate without being overpowering. Always a great shopping experience!
