rude employees that don’t acknowledge you :(
This store has horrible customer service, the second I walked in I saw the employees walking around just staring and watching what I picked up without saying a word or checking up on me. However, another customer walked in, a white woman with her daughter, and they immediately welcomed them by saying “hello ladies!” I was planning on buying several things but the lack of good customer service completely changed my mind. Awesome store
Very unpleasant experience with the two VM ladies at the front working on the mannequins on Thursday and 09/04 at 2pm. I came in with my mom and aunt to look at wedding gowns. I walked in and no one welcomed us. I approached them to ask if we needed an appointment, they both looked at each other with a face of disgust and glared at me for approaching.
