Such a beautiful store with top notch customer service!
I get so frustrated with this store every year around Summer break. They seem quick to hire, but don't do a great job training or giving new employees trial periods. I've been shopping at this store for about 6 years. I shop for my personal wardrobe, business clothes, and dishes and textiles for my food photography business. I know most of the regular employees by name, at the very least by face, and they know me as well. I've frequented this location for years in hopes that the customer service will improve and it has not. On 12/23 I found car keys atop a clothing display & encountered the rudest employee who didn't have the decency to come and even retrieve the keys from me. She uttered "put them down there" without asking where I found them or any other questions. I understand holidays are rough for retail employees but this is a year long issue. I will no longer continue to shop at this particular location.
